Essay 03
Therapy adoption as a leading indicator of internal alignment.
Excerpt
Adoption curves are diagnostics. They tell you, week by week, where your commercialization stack is or isn't holding together.
Adoption curves are usually read as market signals. They are equally readable as internal ones.
A flattening curve in week six is rarely a verdict on the science. More often it is a verdict on the operating system: a handoff that is not holding, a payer signal that has not been absorbed, a field cadence that has drifted from the access reality.
Executives who read adoption as a diagnostic — not just a result — convert weekly data into weekly governance, and turn what would have been a quarterly course correction into a continuous one.
Bring this lens into a working session with your commercialization team.
